Bridal Shawl Rental Agreement

 

By placing a rental order, you (“Renter”) agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Requirement

  • 100% of the product retail price must be paid at checkout.

  • No discount codes, promotions, or coupons may be applied to rental orders.

2. Shipping Cost (Includes Return Label)

  • The shipping fee charged at checkout includes both outbound shipping and a prepaid return label.

  • The renter is responsible for using the provided return label to ship the item back on time.

3. Rental Period

  • The rental period is 20 days, starting from the date the item is delivered.

  • The item must be shipped back on or before day 20 using the return label.

4. Refund Policy

  • After the item is returned and inspected,
    50% of the original product retail price will be refunded to the customer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Condition of Returned Item

Renter agrees to return the shawl/wrap in clean, undamaged, and wearable condition.

The following issues will result in partial or full loss of refund:

  • Stains (makeup, perfume, food, dirt, etc.)

  • Tears, rips, or missing fur

  • Smoke smell or heavy odor

  • Water damage

  • Alteration or modification

  • Loss or failure to return the item

If the item is damaged beyond repair or lost, no refund will be issued (100% fee kept).

6. Additional $20 Credit for Wedding Gallery Photos

If the renter shares their wedding gallery photos featuring our shawl,
they will receive an additional $20 refund/credit after the photos are submitted and approved.

7. Agreement

By completing this rental purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand this is a rental, not a purchase.

  • You have read and accept all terms stated above.

  • You authorize Sissily Designs to withhold refunds if the item is damaged, lost, or returned late.

  • You agree to return the item on time and in acceptable condition.
