We currently do not offer return label services to international customers. Please mail it back to our address within 20 days after receiving the item. Address is as below:
Please make sure that the tag is attached with the receipt. A missing receipt might delay the process of refund, returns without tags will not be accepted, no refund will be processed.
Once the product is received, the cost of the product will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. All shipping cost(s) and handling fees are non-refundable.
