Our return policy allows for returns within 20 days of purchase. After 20 to 40 days, a 50% refund of the product price will be issued. Only exchanges will be accepted after 40 days. To assist us in locating your order quickly, kindly provide your original order number at checkout.
A return label will be sent to your email within 24 hours of placing the return label order. Please contact us if you do not receive it within 24 hours. Please note that our return label services are currently available for customers in the United States only.
CUSTOM DESIGN ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
You could also mail it back to us with your own label within 20 days. Please make sure to include your original order number.

Please make sure that the tag is attached with the receipt. A missing receipt might delay the process of refund, returns without tags will not be accepted, no refund will be processed.
Once the product is received, the cost of the product will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. All shipping cost(s) and handling fees are non-refundable.
