Shipping Policy

It normally takes us 5 business days to make or process your order. You will receive an email if your order is experiencing a longer processing time.  Customized orders take about 4-6 weeks to make.

 

International Orders - Please note that we have no control over how long customs department holds up your package, nor the fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order. Customers will be responsible for all custom or hidden fees that are applied to the package by the destination country.

20 Days Return Policy

Custom design items are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. 

You are welcome to order a shipping label from us and drop off the item at your local USPS or UPS. Please contact us for the return label.

Shipping label costs $12 OR MORE depends on the shipping location, quality and weight (USA only). The amount will be deducted from the refund.

50% WILL BE REFUNDED FOR ALL LATE RETURNS UP TO 35 DAYS
ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY AFTER 35 DAYS

Please make sure that the tag is attached with the receipt. A missing receipt might delay the process of refund, returns without tags will not be accepted, no refund will be processed. 

Once the product is received, the cost of the product will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. All shipping cost(s) and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you chose to to ship the item back at your own cost, please contact us ahead of time with your tracking number, and keep the tracking number for the future reference.

Cancelation:

If order is canceled due to unavailability, you will be 100% refunded. If customers requested a cancellation after the order was placed, 5%* credit cancellation fee will be charged.

* Fees that we have to pay to the credit card companies of all orders. 


Lost Packages:

For domestic customers:

All domestic shipments are insured. If the tracking system shows that your package never arrives, we will refund you 100%, or send you a new one instead.

If the tracking system shows that your package was arrived but you don't have it. We are happy to replace it with 40% of the product price + shipping cost.  

For international customers:

It could take up to 10 weeks for the package to deliver. If the package is not shown after 10 weeks, we will submit an investigation to the USPS. It might take up to ONE months for the investigation to complete. If the shipment arrives too late, please feel free to reject the shipment. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded after we receive the item. Please note: Shipping cost is refundable.

If the item is not found after the investigation, we will refund 50% of the total cost.
