Shipping, Exchange & Return

Shipping Policy

It normally takes us 1-3 business days to make or process your order. You will receive an email if your order is experiencing a longer processing time. Customized orders take about 2-3 weeks. 
Estimated shipping time once package is shipped: 
United States - 1 - 5 business days
Canada - 3 - 10 business days
Australia - 6 - 20 business days
EU and Asia - 10 days to 10 weeks.
International Orders - Please note that we have no control over how long customs department holds up your package, nor the fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order. Customers will be responsible for all custom or hidden fees that are applied to the package by the destination country.

25 Days Return and Exchange Policy

All shipping cost(s) is non-refundable. Customers are welcome to purchase a shipping label from us and drop off the item at the local post office. Shipping label costs $7.5 or more depends on the shipping location, quality and weight (domestic only). Please contact us for details. 

Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt for exchange or return. Refund might not be processed if the receipt is missing. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Merchandise must be sent back to us within 25 days from the delivery day. Once the merchandise is received, the cost of the merchandise will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3 business days.

A $25 per item handling will be deducted if the return was sent back to us over 25 to 40 days period. No refund would be allowed if the merchandise was sent back to us over 40 days after the delivery day. 

Custom design items are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. 

Exchanges will only be accepted for the same price range items in a different color or size. Merchandise sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

Domestic orders - The 2nd shipping cost will be waived for all exchange items.

International orders - Customers will be responsible for half of the 2nd shipping cost and custom fees. 

One-time price adjustments can be made with the original purchase receipt up to 3 days from the purchase date, excluding pre-advertised promotions.

Sissily and Sissily Designs reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.


Lost Packages:

For domestic customers:

All domestic shipments are insured. If the tracking system shows that your package never arrives, I will refund you 100%, or send you a new one instead.

If the tracking system shows that your package was arrived but you don't have it. Please contact your local post office as well as file a police report of stolen packages. I will refund 50% of the cost after receiving a copy of your police report.  

We are happy to resend the item for 50% of the cost. 

For international customers:

It could take up to 10 weeks for the package to deliver. If the package is not shown after 10 weeks, we will submit an investigation to the USPS. It might take up to ONE months for the investigation to complete. If the shipment arrives too late, please feel free to reject the shipment. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded after we receive the item. If the item is not found after the investigation, we will refund 50% of the total cost.
