20 Days Return and Exchange Policy
Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange.
All shipping cost(s) is non-refundable. Customers are welcome to purchase a shipping label from us and drop off the item at the local post office. Shipping label costs $9 or more depends on the shipping location, quality and weight (domestic only). Please contact us for details.
If you chose to to ship the item back at your own cost, please contact us ahead of time with your tracking number, and keep the tracking number for the future reference.
Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt for exchange or return. Refund might not be processed if the receipt is missing. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Merchandise must be sent back to us within 20 days from the delivery day. Once the merchandise is received, the cost of the merchandise will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3 business days.
A $25 per item handling and cleaning fee would be deducted if the return was sent back to us over 20 to 40 days period. No refund would be allowed if the merchandise was sent back to us over 40 days after the delivery day.
Custom design items are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we will send it back to you and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges will only be accepted for the same price range items in a different color or size. Merchandise sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
Domestic orders - The 2nd shipping cost will be waived for all exchange items.
International orders - Customers will be responsible for half of the shipping cost for all exchange items and the full custom fees that might apply.
One-time price adjustments can be made with the original purchase receipt up to 3 days from the purchase date, excluding pre-advertised promotions.
Sissily and Sissily Designs reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
For domestic customers:
All domestic shipments are insured. If the tracking system shows that your package never arrives, we will refund you 100%, or send you a new one instead.
If the tracking system shows that your package was arrived but you don't have it. Please contact your local post office as well as file a police report of stolen packages. I will refund 50% of the cost after receiving a copy of your police report.
For international customers:
It could take up to 10 weeks for the package to deliver. If the package is not shown after 10 weeks, we will submit an investigation to the USPS. It might take up to ONE months for the investigation to complete. If the shipment arrives too late, please feel free to reject the shipment. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded after we receive the item. Please note: Shipping cost is refundable.
If the item is not found after the investigation, we will refund 50% of the total cost.
